How to use this website
To initially locate an Instructions For Use (IFU) document, please perform the following steps...
- Click any of the search criteria (Product Name, Product Code or Part Number, etc.).
- Type the appropriate criteria into the resulting search field and click Search.
- To open and view the appropriate IFU, click the View Document button.
(At this point, you can also download the IFU for storing.)

Instructions For Use documents for all products may not be available on this site. If cannot find a specific IFU, please contact the Cordis Medical Information Center via email here.
