SELUTION SLR DEB is designed to treat coronary ISR without leaving behind an additional permanent stent implant, helping reduce metal burden while preserving future treatment options for patients. SELUTION SLR DEB combines a proprietary phospholipid blend coating with MicroReservoir technology to retain and deliver sirolimus precisely to the target lesion. Sustained sirolimus drug release for up to 90 days provides a DES-like pharmacokinetic profile designed to support vessel healing while leaving nothing behind.
SELUTION SLR DEB was evaluated in SELUTION4ISR IDE trial, a randomized clinical study comparing the device with contemporary standard-of-care treatment for coronary ISR, where SELUTION SLR DEB was found to be non-inferior. Approximately 80% of patients in the control group were treated with drug-eluting stents.*
