Dodd Gray serves as Chief Legal Officer at Cordis, leading the company’s global legal strategy, compliance programs, and governance while bringing more than 25 years of experience in U.S. and international corporate practice and the management of complex legal and regulatory matters for multinational medical technology companies.

 

Prior to two years of private consultancy, Gray spent more than eight years with St. Jude Medical, serving first as Vice President, Legal, Compliance, and Business Development for EMEAC and later as Associate General Counsel – International following the company’s acquisition by Abbott Laboratories in 2017. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel at Hill-Rom and held a series of roles of increasing responsibility in the U.S. and Europe with Guidant Corporation, culminating as Vice President and General Counsel – International Operations before transitioning to Boston Scientific following the completion of the $27B merger.

 

Mr. Gray earned his Juris Doctor, Law at The Ohio State University and a B.S. degree at Purdue University.
